Lynn Grant
Child Care
Lynn serves as one of our nursery attendants at Grace Presbyterian Church, offering loving care, patience, and a familiar presence for the youngest members of our church family. With a background in education and many years of faithful service at Grace, Lynn helps create a warm and welcoming space where children are cared for and families feel supported.
Lynn’s faith journey is closely tied to watching her children grow in kindness and compassion within the Grace Presbyterian Church family. Her family joined Grace in 1995, when her twins, Melody and Jordan, were just one year old. Over the years, Lynn has been actively involved in many areas of church life, serving as preschool playgroup coordinator, LOGOS co-director, high school youth mission trip sponsor, and as an ordained Deacon at GPC.
Lynn began working as a nursery attendant at Grace Presbyterian Church in October 2003. Though part-time, it has always been one of her favorite roles because it allows her to serve, care for children, and stay closely connected with her church family. She is a certified elementary teacher and previously worked as a teacher and assistant director at a licensed preschool and daycare in Temple while raising her twins. Lynn now tutors at Sylvan Learning Center and continues to bring her experience, kindness, and steady care to the nursery ministry at Grace.
